Human beings experience numerous crazy political violence.

People often said, “cause of this problem is that there is mad leader.”

Certainly, it is easy to emphasize fanaticism of Nazi and Japan Empire, Stalin’s cruelty.

But in fact, responsible person who moved homicide machine was officials, engineer, and

doctor.

When they complicit in genocide, they worked eagerly like businessman, and worked

calmly.

They don’t kill people directly likely soldiers, but when they complicit in genocide, they

prepare orders and sign their signs there.

When they complete day’s works, they are good husband, and good farther.

Homicide machine was moved by doing their daily work indiscriminately.

So why is crazy political violence triggered?

国家がもたらす狂気じみた暴力は数多い。

この問題は狂った指導者の問題にされがちである。

大日本帝国やナチスの狂信性、スターリンの残虐性を強調することは簡単である。

しかし、実は殺人マシーンを動かしている責任者は冷静な官僚たちや技術者、医者たちであった。

彼らは大量虐殺を行うとき、力ある実業家のように熱心に、しかし冷静に仕事をした。

兵士たちは直接手を下すのだが、彼らは基本的には命令書を作成し、サインしたりするのだ。

デスクワークに従事する彼らは仕事が終われば、よき夫であり、よき父親である。

こうして淡々と彼らが日常業務をこなすことで殺人マシーンの歯車はまわっていくのだ。ではなぜ、狂気的な政治暴力は起こるのか。（つづく）

 

 

In neoliberalism era, people in every nation should change society to rebuild lives of people.

It is important that people enlarge fight to suppress capital apportionment.

Specific policy is to switch administrative organization to bottom-up system.

For example, doshu system, which is being debated in Japan, is inappropriate as institution to protect people’s lives.

So, Leader of politics should select to segment administrative organization.

Purpose to segment administrative organization is to make it easier to reflect intention of people.

And in future, people should select to establish “community society council, and adopt direct democracy.

新自由主義の時代において人類がなすべきことは、諸国民の生活再建のための変革である。

大事なことは諸国の民衆によって資本の専横を抑制するような闘いが大きくなることである。

具体的な政策としては、行政機構をボトムアップ方式に切り替えることである。

そのためには、たとえば現在日本で議論されている道州制ではなく、行政を細分化し、住民の意思が反映されやすい単位にすることである。

将来的には、地方自治体の基礎単位を「地域社会評議会」とし、直接民主制をとりいれるべきである。
