Power is ability of man to force intention to man, Power means violence.
It is specifically army or police function.
In era before human farming and livestock farming, there were people who lead the group in
hunter gathering life.
The role of the leader is as follows.
1, To take command of the whole during hunting 2, To build their action plans while listening to the will of members of society 3. Responsible person authorizing sanction against those who broke the rule
Important point is that responsible person at this time governs the whole, but that
position is chosen from members of society.
Leaders in this age have a role to directly reflect demands of social constitution.
Among these three functions, roles of sanctions against those who broke rules become permanent violence devices as classification differentiates.
権力とは、人間が人間に対して意思を強制する力のことであり、力とはすなわち暴力のことである。
具体的には軍隊や警察機能である。
人間が農耕牧畜を行う前、狩猟採集生活の中で、集団を統率する存在はいた。
その指導者の役割とは次のようなものである
- 狩りの際に全体の指揮をとること
- 社会の構成員の意思を聞きながら、自分たちの行動計画をたてる責任者
- ルールを破ったものに対して制裁を許可する責任者
重要な点は、この時代の責任者は、全体を統率するが、その立場は社会の構成員から選ばれたものであるということである。
この時代の指導者は社会構成の要求を直接反映させる役割を持っている。
この３つの機能の中で、ルールを破ったものに対する制裁についての役割が、階級分化していくなかで、常設の暴力装置となっていく。
